Ralph Brisueno is a Senior Public Health Analyst with the federal government with over 25 years of service successfully monitoring fiscal and regulatory compliance of government, educational, and community-based programming. Ralph specializes in the quantitative and qualitative data analysis of organizational goals and objectives.  His extensive background in program management extends to large-budget programming, program oversight, and a detailed understanding of compliance requirements. He regularly serves as a trainer, ensuring the next generation of policy analysts can provide the same level of public service.

As a lifelong resident of Baltimore City, he now resides in District 8 and is a member of the Baltimore City Office of Inspector General Advisory Board.
